When I launched MercuryMerch, my first clothing brand, I got a crash course in everything it takes to bring an idea to life. From building a brand identity that resonated with real people, to navigating suppliers, fulfillment, and scaling decisions that looked small at the time but had big long-term impact. Running that business taught me how to wear every hat: marketer, operator, negotiator, and strategist, all while learning which moves create momentum and which ones hold you back.
Since then, I’ve worked alongside several other founders and early-stage companies, helping them take those first messy steps with more confidence. I’ve supported launches, refined brand positioning, vetted suppliers, and advised on growth strategies — all grounded in firsthand experience. My focus now is helping new founders skip avoidable missteps, sharpen their direction, and gain the clarity I wish I had earlier.
